About Our Doctor
Dr. Juocys, founder of Country Creek Family Physicians, is a respected member of the community who established his medical practice in Rochester Hills, MI in 1982. Dr. Juocys is a retired decorated State Surgeon of the Army National Guard, where he held the rank of Colonel and served two tours of duty in Iraq. His commitment to family medicine and community are evident in all facets of our practice at Country Creek.
